My luthier friend in Michigan used to be a repairman for Elderly Instruments in Lansing, MI, an old high-end vintage guitar shop. He told me once that Elderly gets inundated with amateur luthiers wanting Elderly to sell their guitars. He said they were mostly all splendidly crafted, exquisitely lacquered cabinetry but that almost all also sounded uniformly awful.

And, boys and girls, I'm here to say that our friend, Herman, is the REAL DEAL. he can walk the walk and talk the talk. His guitars not only look splendid, but they produce excellent sound. He's a real luthier. This git not only goes WAY down there, but talks clearly and delightfully on the top end like a good parlor guitar.

Thanks for the sound files, amigo. And, y'all, if you take the time to build it and photograph it, add sound files - otherwise it's just fine cabinetry, and guitars are machines for making sound.

Thanks friends, please don't overdo. Just doing what I can.
Love it, go for it, be patient, accept setbacks and hold on tenaciously. That is the recipe.
