Re: Tru_Oil Question
Dave tomorrow I will begin the sanding with the 1000 grit. I know it's done very lightly with a small flat block, do I just put a drop or two of the mineral spirits right on the sandpaper it's self? Also I guess if it starts to drag a little I just add a drop or two more right?
After I am done I will just blow it off again and then start my next 3 coats of TO
On the sides instead of a block I have a small flat piece of hard rubber I can use is that ok?

Re: Tru_Oil Question
NOW I see what you meant by blow it off. My bad, no problem.
If you have a small spray bottle, you can spritz some mineral spirits on the to and lightly sand - just getting an even level of dullness all around. Use a clean cloth to wipe off the "schmutz" - not air.
If no spray bottle, a few drops of spirits - not much - on the body and on the sandpaper is fine. YOu'll see as you go along.
