Expensive, Excellent.
I too have a sweet spot for these tools.

I love mine! I use it on all of my necks. It is really simple to adjust. I loosen the hold down let the blade drop to the bench and tighten. I only have to sharpen it every three or 4 necks.

That is a nice spokeshave. I can't justify the price, however, as I'm saving money for:

10K? Only if it planes on its own and saves your live when you drop of a cliff.
